Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that shopping can be indecisive at times. For your peace of mind, you can return or exchange the goods unconditionally within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law.

1. Unconditional Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier) to request a return or exchange without giving reasons.

2. Product Status Requirements

Returned or exchanged goods should meet the following criteria:

Unused, keep in original packaging;

Comes with all original tags and accessories.

3. Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Please submit a return or exchange request through our customer service email or online customer service.

Step 2: You will receive the return address and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Please use the tracking service to send back the item and make sure the item is in good condition.

Step 4: After the item is returned, we will complete the refund or exchange processing within 14 days.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless there is a quality issue with the item or the wrong item is shipped.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of the item and confirmation of eligibility for return or exchange.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used goods;

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged for health or safety reasons.
